ROLE OVERVIEW

As the FP&A Manager for the Americas DTC business, you will own the day-to-day financial planning, forecasting, and point-of-sale reporting that directly shapes commercial strategy. Working alongside marketing, sales, and product teams, you will evaluate performance, quantify risks, and guide critical go-to-market decisions for a multi-billion-dollar household innovation brand. Located on a hybrid schedule in Needham Heights, MA, this hands-on, 3-month interim leadership role is tailored for a precise finance professional who thrives in fast-paced e-commerce environments.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead monthly forecasting, budget tracking, and actuals reporting for the flagship Americas DTC channel. Analyze point-of-sale (POS) data, sales performance, and margin drivers to highlight revenue risks and profitability growth areas. Partner directly with DTC sales, marketing, and product leadership to model pricing strategies, promotional ROI, and product launch economics. Translate complex dataset variances into clear, actionable financial narratives for senior decision-makers. Maintain and execute established financial planning models with complete precision and operational control.

WHAT YOU BRING

6+ years of progressive FP&A experience, with preferred domain expertise in Direct-to-Consumer or e-commerce models. Advanced financial modeling capabilities and high-level Excel proficiency designed for complex commercial datasets. Hands-on familiarity with enterprise planning and BI tools such as Adaptive Insights, Power BI, or equivalent platforms. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional commercial partners outside of traditional finance. Track record of stepping into established finance processes and running them autonomously with zero disruption.
