Seeking a Treasury Systems Analyst to join a Treasury team. This role will serve as a key resource for the administration and day-to-day management of Kyriba across a large, complex banking environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong, hands-on Kyriba experience and be comfortable owning system administration, troubleshooting issues, supporting users, and ensuring the accuracy of daily banking activity. This person will work closely with the Treasury, Accounting, and Tax teams and will support an environment consisting of approximately 1,700 bank accounts across 140 banking institutions .

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary administrator and subject matter expert for Kyriba
• Perform daily Kyriba administration, including:
• • Bank reconciliations
  • Validating daily bank files and data feeds
  • Verifying bank account balances and activity
  • Researching and resolving discrepancies
  • Setting up new bank accounts within Kyriba
  • Closing and maintaining existing accounts
• Monitor banking integrations and troubleshoot missing, incomplete, or inaccurate files
• Administer and access online banking portals when a bank is not integrated with Kyriba or when Kyriba connectivity is unavailable
• Provide internal Kyriba user support and troubleshooting , partnering with users to resolve system and process issues
• Serve as a patient, service-oriented resource for employees with varying levels of Kyriba knowledge
• Train and onboard new team members on Kyriba functionality, processes, and best practices
• Assist with ongoing maintenance and optimization of Kyriba and related treasury processes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Treasury, Accounting, and Tax to research issues and ensure accurate banking information
• Support a high-volume, multi-entity and multi-location banking environment

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Kyriba experience is required
• Experience administering and managing Kyriba in a corporate Treasury environment
• Strong understanding of bank account administration, reconciliations, bank files, and cash/balance reporting
• Experience working with online banking portals and resolving banking connectivity or data issues
• Prior experience supporting a large, complex, multi-entity or multi-location organization strongly preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot discrepancies and independently research issues through resolution
• Strong customer service skills with the patience and communication ability to support and train system users
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage a high volume of banking activity accurately
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across Treasury, Accounting, Tax, and other internal teams

• Established 12-person Treasury team
• Approximately 1,700 bank accounts across 140 banks
• Roughly 90% of bank accounts are currently live within Kyriba
• High-volume, multi-location, multi-entity organization
• Highly collaborative role with significant responsibility for the ongoing administration and support of the company's Kyriba environment
