Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with patients across the lifespan with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. This role requires a therapist who is committed to personalized care and interdisciplinary collaboration to meet the diverse needs of a rural outpatient clinic. The candidate should be comfortable engaging with the community and local healthcare providers to promote our speech therapy services and support referral growth. Key Responsibilities Provide speech-language pathology services to patients with a variety of communication and swallowing disorders. Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapies. Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Engage with local physicians and healthcare providers to raise awareness of our speech therapy services. Develop and maintain referral relationships to support clinic growth. Qualifications Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with relevant clinical experience. Experience with a wide range of speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a willingness to engage in community outreach and referral development. Ability to pass a background check.
