Mortgage Loan Processor

Managing loan files from application through closing, the full-time remote NMLS Licensed Loan Processor will analyze credit applicant information, review income and asset documents, and maintain consistent communication with clients and referral partners. Key responsibilities: Act as the primary contact between clients, Branch Manager, and Loan Originators Manage the loan pipeline and provide weekly updates to borrowers Ensure all loan documentation is complete and compliant with company policies Required qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 3 years of experience in conventional mortgage loan processing or origination State and Federal NMLS License preferred Familiarity with RESPA and mortgage lending regulations Experience using Encompass software
