The Relationship Banker will build and maintain strong relationships with members, provide expert advice on financial products and services, and assist members with account management, loans, and general financial services. The role also involves delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring an excellent member experience. Qualifications Strong skills in Relationship Building and Customer Service Knowledge and experience in Financial Services and Finance Experience in processing and coordinating Loans Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment Prior experience within the financial or banking sector is preferred Familiarity with credit union operations is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in finance or banking are advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr Skyla Federal Credit Union
