This assignment invites you to work with approximately 50 students, giving you valuable exposure to a range of cases and fostering growth as you adapt to different educational environments and leadership styles. Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with OT credentials valid in California
• Prior experience working in school or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop and implement therapy plans for diverse student needs

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy to students PreK–8th grade
• Assess and document student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to optimize learning outcomes
• Contribute to IEP development and meetings as needed
• Manage a caseload of approximately 50 students

Job Details:

• Full-time: 40 hours per week; preference for full schedule, but flexible for 3-day shift arrangements
• School year assignment, travel contract
