Position Overview

The English & Spanish Bilingual Furniture Sales Agent is a key point of contact for customers looking to furnish and elevate their homes.

This role combines:

• Sales

• Customer service

• Merchandising

You’ll help customers navigate furniture options, create solutions that fit their needs and style, and provide an exceptional experience from initial conversation through delivery and follow-up.

What You’ll Be Doing

Sales & Customer Experience

• Greet customers and create a welcoming showroom experience

• Build rapport and identify customer needs and preferences

• Recommend furniture and décor solutions confidently

• Encourage and guide customers toward purchase decisions

• Follow up with customers to maintain relationships and generate repeat business

Customer Service & Order Support

• Track customer orders through fulfillment and delivery

• Assist customers with service requests, repairs, or concerns

• Maintain professionalism and follow through on commitments

• Help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience from start to finish

Administrative Responsibilities

• Process payments and financing applications accurately

• Handle customer records, follow-up communication, and order updates

• Operate POS systems, tablets, payment terminals, and communication tools effectively

Merchandising & Showroom Maintenance

• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing furniture displays

• Dust, vacuum, wipe down, and straighten showroom merchandise

• Help create a shopping environment customers enjoy spending time in

Training & Development

• Learn new products, promotions, and sales techniques continuously

• Participate in coaching and ongoing training opportunities

• Develop your expertise to become a top-performing sales professional

What Skills Are Needed?

Bilingual Communication

• Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish is required

Customer Interaction Skills

• Professional verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to build trust and connect with diverse customers
