We are looking for enthusiastic, physically fit, motivated drivers to join our team and help deliver packages in the Downers Grove, IL, area. As a driver, you play a crucial role in our company. Job DescriptionDelivery Driver Duties and Responsibilities:
- Safely operate your delivery vehicle to deliver packages throughout the delivery area in varying weather conditions
- Use of smartphone applications for routing and customer delivery information.
- Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED! We strive to deliver packages and smiles!
Delivery Driver Compensation:
- $23.75/hr starting pay, weekly
- Paid Time off starts accruing immediately
Delivery Driver Shift Information:
- Start time 10:30 AM
- Full-time positions available
- Open availability is required during the probationary period
- Shifts are 8-10 hours per day, available 7 days per week

- Must have a valid driver's license

- Able to load/unload cargo vans
- Able to lift packages up to 50 lbs
- Able to get in/out of the van and walk up/down stairs for 8-10 hours
- Able to stand, kneel, bend, twist, squat, and push/pull above and below shoulder level
