Responsibilities include managing client communications, nurturing key relationships, and keeping track of all necessary documentation, paying close attention to any policy changes, important deadlines, and legal regulations. You will help customers understand their coverage, assist them with any claims as needed, and ensure all relevant data is properly tracked in our secure systems. $77,000 - $95,000 yearly

• Must learn our systems and demonstrate the ability to teach and train them.
• Maintain personal production while developing the performance of the overall team.
• Build and develop a productive sales team through resumes, interviews, and personal
• Coach representatives on communication, sales skills, client presentations, and professional development. A Major part of this position is developing people- not simply managing numbers.
