- Proven experience as a welder or fabricator in manufacturing (bonus points for MIG/TIG skills!).
- Mastery of welding tools and techniques—show us you know your craft.
- Blueprint and schematic know-how to bring designs to life.
- Stamina to handle a physical workload and thrive in a shop environment.
- Flexibility to tackle other fab or maintenance tasks when the team needs it.
- You’ll need to ace a welding test —bring your A-game!
- First 90 days are a probation period to prove you’re a fit for the crew.

- 4/10 Schedule = 3-Day Weekends: Work Monday-Thursday, 10-hour shifts, and enjoy every Friday off to recharge or hit the lake.
