In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with other talented psychiatrists and health care professionals in a variety of psychiatric specialties. We have the largest medical staff of any freestanding psychiatric hospital, allowing you to have access to many professional resources. LCOH is part of the UC Health network and has affiliations with Cincinnati Children's Hospital and the Mayo Clinic.

The University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Neuroscience, is recruiting for a full-time psychologist (clinical-track) to provide outpatient services for our growing department at the Instructor, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor or Full Professor level. The Department is dedicated to excellence in patient care, high quality trainee education and is also committed to advancing the science of psychiatry and behavioral neurosciences through clinical trials and ongoing collaborative research. The rank of the appointment is open and will be commensurate with the experience and professional accomplishments of the selected applicant.

Responsibilities will include direct patient care and may include teaching of graduate students and research/academic work in a variety of mental health specialties. The psychologist will offer evaluation and treatment of individuals seeking mental health care in a variety of mental health diagnoses, including, but not limited to, mood and anxiety disorders, behavioral disorders, trauma-related disorders, sleep disturbances, sexual health, marital or relationship issues, problems secondary to medical diagnoses, and will be expected to offer individual, couples and group therapy.

Minimum Requirements: Licensed Psychologist in the State of Ohio. Doctoral Degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology (PhD or PsyD). Additional Qualifications Considered: Interest and experience in outpatient clinical settings is ideal but not required.
