Vertus HealthCare is hiring! We are looking for experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide skilled Home Health care to patients in West Palm Beach and Jupiter .
What We’re Looking For:
Florida-licensed RN
Home Health experience preferred
OASIS/SOC experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
Reliable and dependable
Ability to provide quality care in the patient’s home
