Store Manager – Bridgestone Retail Operations Position Summary: As an exempt leadership role, the Store Manager is responsible for maintaining a flexible schedule that supports the needs of the business. This position typically requires 40+ hours per week, generally across five days, including weekends. Additional hours may be required based on staffing levels, customer demand, store performance, and overall business needs. The role is based in Nashville, Tennessee. Pay Range: $64,365.00 – $109,410.00 Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service. Drive store sales and promotions. Build customer satisfaction and loyalty, creating results for teammates, customers, and the company. Understand alternative tire sourcing and competitors. Track and meet payroll, budgets, and store goals. Maintain accurate financial records and relevant information. Manage, schedule, and assign staff according to skill level. Attend paid training to stay up‑to‑date with new developments in the automotive service industry. Follow up with customers to obtain feedback and ensure satisfaction with received services. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated success in retail sales management. Problem‑solving skills related to customer complaints. Aptitude to manage inventory, order scheduling, and merchandising displays. Ability to assist customers with personal sales and complaints to ensure retention and loyalty. Exceptional teammate and customer communication skills. Negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Valid automobile driver’s license at all times, with ability to drive customer and company vehicles. Preferred Qualifications 2‑year college degree or equivalent.
