Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial. Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling. Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation. Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required. Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments. Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory. Job Duties: As a Warehouse Associate you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures. A Warehouse Associate contributes to warehouse operations by handling inventory, preparing shipments, and supporting accurate order fulfillment. This position requires organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently throughout changing operational demands. The Warehouse Associate supports receiving, storage, shipping, and inventory management while maintaining safe work practices and efficient product movement throughout the warehouse.
