Core Products Analyst

The Core Products Analyst supports the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvements of the bank’s core products. This role contributes to the execution of product-related processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with established standards. The position is designed as an entry-level role with growth potential, providing exposure to core banking systems, product governance, and cross-functional initiatives. The Analyst will develop foundational knowledge of product structures, operational workflows, and system configurations while progressively taking on more responsibility. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Product & System Support Assist in maintaining product setups within the core banking system Support updates to product configurations, parameters, and documentation Ensure accuracy and consistency across product records and system data Operational Execution Perform routine product-related tasks following established procedures Support product implementation activities, including setup and validation Assist with issue tracking, troubleshooting coordination, and resolution follow-ups Process & Documentation Maintain and update product documentation, procedures, and job aids Ensure adherence to established processes, controls, and internal standards Identify opportunities for improving documentation clarity and efficiency Cross-functional Support Collaborate with internal teams including Channels, Marketing, Operations, IT, Compliance, and business units Assist in gathering requirements and supporting minor product-related initiatives Participate in meetings and track action items for follow-through Data & Reporting Run and validate standard reports related to product and data configurations Assist in monitoring data quality and identifying inconsistencies or errors Support basic analysis to inform decision-making and identify process improvements Growth & Development (Built-In Progression) Build knowledge of core banking systems, product structures, and workflows Gradually take on more complex tasks and responsibilities as proficiency increases Contribute ideas for process improvements and operational enhancements over time Additional Duties and Responsibilities Attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and time management skills Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability Ability to follow structured processes while adapting to change Effective communication and collaboration skills Willingness to learn and grow within the role Education and/or Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience 0-3 years of experience in banking, financial services, operations, or administrative roles Exposure to banking products or systems is a plus but not required Fluency in English (spoken and written) with strong communication skills required #J-18808-Ljbffr
