Job Description TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION, we are seeking experienced phlebotomists who are interested in expanding their experience and career into the clinical trial space. The ideal candidate is confident in draws and complex processing/shipping, able to follow various manuals, organized, positive, and excited to learn more. About One of a Kind Clinical Research Center One of a Kind Clinical Research Center is an independent research center that focuses on FDA approved Phase I, II, III, VI clinical trials. Our site is responsible for coordinating a clinical trial start up, participant recruitment, trial management and trial close out. We are excited to add a new team member that wants to grow with an already established team. Responsibilities Blood draw and processing Scheduling and attending Surgical procedures, including biopsy processing and imaging collection Organization and inventory of lab and supplies for multiple studies, and clinic supplies, including placing orders in advance and destroying as applicable per SOP Check patients in and room them Answer phones and resolve issues or transfer to appropriate staff Confirm appointments and confirm all staff are scheduled appropriately, including physicians and nurses. Maintain a clean clinic, turn-over rooms, restock supplies, remove boxes and trash etc. Lab trends and result processing Medical record release forms (including follow up from facilities and patients) Complete basic patient assessments such as vitals, ECG, or other tests Document in source as applicable for assessments completed. Transcribe all source data into EDC. EDC, and labQuery resolution and management Accept shipments and process appropriately Manage tech such as diaries, Epro, ECG. Including preparation, set up and dispensation Manage dry ice and sharps/biohazard orders and pickups Schedule procedures (smile, fibroscan, liver bx etc) as needed per protocol.
