JOB DETAILS RN Supervisor 2pm-10pm Monday-Friday We are currently accepting applications for an RN Supervisor within our long-term care and rehab facility specializing in geriatrics. This position requires dedication to a job well done, dependability, flexibility, accountability, and a positive attitude is a must. Must enjoy working with our residents and families. We are a subsidiary of Crowne Health Care, an Alabama-based system of family-owned nursing facilities. - Must pass background and drug screen
- Supervising Experience (Preferred)
- Supervises the day-to-day functions of CNAs and nursing staff services, implementing and maintaining a quality assurance program
- Medication administration, computer documentation including assessment of resident's current status, observation and reporting of any change in resident's status to MD/sponsors as necessary, ordering medications from the pharmacy, wound care, collecting and processing lab samples.
- Managing all aspects of the care plan process
