Registered Nurse - Endoscopy

Location: Beckley, WV

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 06:30-15:00 Weekend Hours: Every Other/As needed Call Requirements: On Call/As needed

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Endoscopy to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in an acute care environment, particularly in Endoscopy or related specialties. The position involves providing high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients undergoing various endoscopic procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care during endoscopy procedures such as EGD, Colonoscopy, ERCP, Bronchoscopy, and feeding tube placements.
• Administer medications and monitor patient vital signs pre, during, and post-procedure.
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and hospital protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Active RN license in West Virginia.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Minimum of one year of Endoscopy experience.
