Our St. Cloud Carefree Living community is looking for a compassionate and dependable Part Time Dietary Aide to join our growing and established Assisted Living team. We are committed to creating a positive work environment where employees feel appreciated, supported, and empowered to succeed while providing exceptional resident-centered care.SCHEDULE: Part time position PM ShiftSALARY: Starting at $14.50/hourShift differential of $1.50/hr for PM shiftsDUTIES:Serve meals to residents and staff while providing excellent customer serviceAssist with meal preparation, dining room setup, and beverage serviceClean kitchen and dining areas following mealsWash dishes, empty trash, and maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen and dining spacesSupport a safe, clean, and welcoming dining experience for residentsFollow food safety and infection control procedures at all timesComplete additional duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:Follow infection control procedures, including proper hand washing techniquesExcellent communication skills with internal and external contactsAbility to perform the physical demands of the positionPrevious dietary, food service, or healthcare experience preferred, but not requiredMust be dependable, team-oriented, and resident- focusedBENEFITS:Flexible Schedules/Work-life balanceCompetitive WagesPaid TrainingCustomized orientation plan for your professional developmentEmployee Recognition Programs401K with employer matchPaid Time OffApply online: Living is an EOE/Drug Free/AA Employer
