As a Certified Nursing Assistant PRN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional rehabilitation and skilled nursing services to our residents. About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to work on a PRN basis. As a key member of our care team, you will provide routine nursing care to our residents in accordance with established policies and procedures. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Performing all duties as assigned and in accordance with facility's established policies and procedures, nursing care procedures, and safety rules and regulations • Making resident rounds at the beginning of each shift and every two hours thereafter to administer quality nursing care • Verifying the identification of a resident before administering nursing care or serving food to ensure that appropriate care is being provided to the correct resident • Reporting missing ID bands to the admission coordinator immediately • Assisting with daily living activities, such as making beds, cleaning bedside and overbed tables, and ensuring that water pitchers are cleaned, filled with fresh drinking water, and within the resident's reach Requirements: • Currently enrolled in a school for nursing assistants or have a license as a certified nursing assistant • A minimum of 6 months experience as a certified nursing assistant or clinical experience while enrolled in a nursing assistant certification class • Ability to read, write, and speak the English language • Possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, and the general public • Willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel • Ability to relate to and work with ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, and, at times, hostile people within the facility What We Offer: • Competitive hourly rate: $18 - $27 HOURLY • Opportunity to work in a serene and beautiful setting surrounded by the Fort Collins Mountain Range • Comprehensive care services, including private rooms, 24/7 nursing support, and specialized therapies • A supportive and collaborative work environment How to Apply: If you are a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant looking for a rewarding PRN opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
