Travel Physical Therapist - $2,205 per week

Job Title and Location Physical Therapist - Skilled (PT - Skilled) Willmar, Minnesota – 13‑week travel assignment, 8‑hour day shifts, 40 hours per week. Job Description Evaluate, treat, and document care for patients in a skilled nursing setting. Develop care plans and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team. Use therapeutic modalities and support rehabilitation goals for geriatric and post‑surgical populations. Responsibilities Provide hands‑on physical therapy services for residents. Assess patient mobility and functional status. Implement individualized treatment plans. Document progress and update care plans. Coordinate with nursing and allied health staff. Required Qualifications Graduation from an accredited PT program. Active Minnesota PT license (PT‑MN). Minimum 1 year experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings. At least one reference from work history. Preferred Qualifications Active license continuously in good standing. Experience with float assignments in multiple sites.
