Senior Business Analyst – Enterprise Analytics & ReportingSupport Enterprise Analytics delivery across recurring reporting, analytics products, stakeholder requests, and governance activities. Provide hands-on business analysis, coordination, documentation, and reporting support across multiple workstreams. Gather and document requirements for reporting, metrics, dashboards, and process improvements. Translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements for developers, analysts, reporting partners, and technical contributors. Coordinate stakeholder requests, enhancement intake, validation, and delivery follow-up. Support recurring and ad hoc leadership reporting by coordinating data inputs, narrative inputs, quality checks, and delivery readiness. Maintain delivery continuity across Enterprise Analytics workstreams by organizing work, tracking decisions, and following requests from intake through delivery. Support portfolio reporting, operational documentation, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement. Coordinate reporting calendars, delivery checkpoints, risks, dependencies, owners, and status updates. Help stakeholders maintain clear visibility into requirements, delivery progress, decisions, and outcomes. Gather, clarify, and document business requirements, acceptance criteria, and process needs. Translate business needs into actionable work for developers, analysts, and reporting partners. Coordinate with business stakeholders, analytics team members, product partners, and technical contributors. Manage reporting requests, dashboard enhancements, defects, decisions, and follow-up activities. Coordinate reporting calendars, data collection, validation, and delivery checkpoints. Prepare status updates, meeting notes, action items, process documents, and leadership-ready summaries. Track requirements, decisions, owners, risks, dependencies, and delivery status. Create operational documentation and support knowledge transfer. Support change management, communications, and adoption activities for new or updated analytics products and processes.
