About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Product Innovation to spearhead the development and execution of a robust product strategy that drives customer value and revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to commercialization, and must have a proven track record of at least 10 years in product development, management, or innovation leadership. This role demands a visionary leader who can create and steward long-term product innovation strategies in alignment with organizational goals, and who is adept at leading cross-functional teams to bring new products and enhancements to market. The VP will also be tasked with establishing product lifecycle frameworks, building data-driven forecasting and pricing strategies, and ensuring that all offerings are grounded in market intelligence and customer insights. Applicants for the Vice President, Product Innovation position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred. The ideal candidate will have additional certifications such as Certified Product Manager, Certified Scrum Product Owner, and Professional Certified Marketer. The role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to partner across various functions, including marketing, finance, operations, and professional services, to create future-forward offerings.
