What You'll Do:
As an RN in our Cath Lab, you will lead intricate cardiac procedures, assess patient needs, and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes. Your expertise will help manage high-stakes environments, delegate effectively, and foster a supportive atmosphere for both patients and colleagues. Your role is vital to our mission of providing top-tier cardiovascular care.


Required Skills:

• Current RN license in the state of practice
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a cath lab or cardiovascular setting
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity

Nice to Have Skills:

• Certification in a clinical specialty such as RCIS (Registered Cardiac Intersventional Specialist) or equivalent
• Experience with advanced cardiac procedures or invasive technologies
• Knowledge of healthcare informatics and data analysis for quality improvement

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher preferred
• Prior experience in a fast-paced, high-acuity cardiovascular environment

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work a 12-hour shift schedule (including overnight hours)
• Physical ability to perform demanding tasks, including frequent movement and lifting
• Willingness to adhere to all safety protocols and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations
• Must be able to start by March 25, 2026
