Job Summary

Credence Healthcare is seeking a NICU Respiratory Therapist (RT) for a 13-week contract assignment working straight night shifts . The Respiratory Therapist will provide diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory care to neonatal and pediatric patients, perform patient assessments, assist physicians with respiratory treatments, and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition.

The therapist will also provide education and support to patients and families, maintain accurate documentation in the Epic EMR , manage respiratory equipment, and participate in the safe transport of infants to and from referral healthcare systems.

Requirements

Required Certifications & Credentials

Candidates must have the following credentials prior to the start date :

• RRT or CRT
• BLS/BCLS – American Heart Association
• ACLS – American Heart Association
• PALS – American Heart Association
• NRP – RQI Partners
• North Dakota Respiratory Therapist License – required prior to start
• Minnesota Respiratory Therapist license may also be accepted where applicable.
