Ross Stores is looking for a Loss Prevention Specialist based in El Monte, California, committed to maintaining a safe shopping environment by preventing theft and fraud. The successful candidate will greet Customers, monitor store activity, and enforce company protocols. This role requires a positive attitude and effective communication skills, along with a commitment to teamwork and safety standards.
