Minimum Requirements:

• Allied Health License for IL or Compact as applicable
• Applicable recent experience in this work setting
• Minimum Experience varies by Profession and setting.
• Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
• Certifications: RRT, Illinois License, BLS, NRP
• Experience: Associate's degree required
