What You’ll Do: Champion a welcoming guest experience from check-in to check-out Oversee daily operations,including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B Build, lead, and develop a strong hotel team with clear expectations and accountability Drive revenue growth through active involvement in sales strategy and yield management Manage financial performance to hit (and exceed) goals Conduct regular property inspections, audits, and operational evaluations Partner with the sales team to attract group business and extended stays Ensure compliance with all safety, HR, and operational standards What We’re Looking For: 2–4 years of hotel leadership experience (AGM or GM role preferred) Strong business acumen and knowledge of P&L, labor control, and guest satisfaction metrics Proven ability to lead and inspire teams across all departments Tech-savvy with experience using hotel management systems and reporting toolsA proactive problem-solver who remains calm under pressure Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check What We Offer: Competitive salary starting at $65-90K Paid time off Employee discounts on hotel stays A supportive company culture that values work-life balance If you're ready to lead with passion, purpose, and pride in one of Michigan’s most picturesque locations — Michael Steffke #J-18808-Ljbffr Goodwin Recruiting
