Senior Project Manager

Snapshot / Role Overview:
We're seeking a Senior Project Manager in Honolulu, Hawaii to lead commercial HVAC and plumbing projects from award through closeout and deliver exceptional results for clients.
- Deliver medium to large mechanical projects on time and within budget
- Build lasting client relationships that generate repeat business
- Mentor junior project managers and strengthen team capabilities
- Drive profitability through effective project controls and risk management Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial HVAC and plumbing projects ranging from one million to forty million dollars
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation from start to finish
- Coordinate with owners, architects, general contractors, and subcontractors
- Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Review and approve submittals, RFIs, and change orders
- Monitor project financials and implement corrective actions when needed
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements and quality standards
- Develop and mentor project engineers and assistant project managers
- Manage project closeout including punch lists, warranties, and final documentation Compensation and Logistics:
