Job Overview Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in Leominster, MA. The role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week. About the Role We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence‑based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country. Qualifications Independently licensed and living in Massachusetts Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) Consistently available for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability per week Behavioral health generalist open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools Positive contributor to the clinical community Compensation Up to $158,200 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
