• Duration: Ongoing
• Shift: Mon-Fri, 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts; Alternating weekends with 12 or 16-hour shifts
• Hours/Week: 40-64 hours
• Employment Type: W-2, Full-Time
• Licenses/Certifications: MN RN Anesthetist License, Current CPR/BCLS/ACLS, NBCRNA Certification
• Experience: Graduate of accredited school of anesthesia, prior CRNA experience preferred

• Pay Rate: $245-$310/hour (including orientation rate)

What You'll Do:

• Provide anesthetic care in operating rooms, cath labs, GI, EP, MRI, and CT scans
• Manage 1-2 longer cases or 3-4 shorter cases per day on average
• Support a busy surgical schedule, excluding transplants and pediatric hearts
• Deliver one-on-one patient care across all age groups, including trauma cases
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists in a medically directed practice
• Contribute to patient safety and quality care standards

What You Need:
Required:

• Master's or Doctorate from an accredited anesthesia school
• Minnesota RN Anesthetist licensure (or ability to obtain)
• Certification in CPR, BCLS, ACLS
• Certified by the NBCRNA with graduation from an accredited program

Preferred:

• Prior experience in a Level I trauma or high-acuity setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
