This role will involve managing and supporting enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using Ping Identity technologies, implementing Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions, securing user access, onboarding applications, monitoring identity platforms, and ensuring reliable authentication and authorization services across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in PingFederate, PingAccess, PingOne, PingDirectory, IAM operations, SSO technologies, cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and security monitoring, along with a passion for delivering secure and scalable identity solutions. Job Title: Ping Security Analyst Location: Seattle, WA 98108 (Onsite Preferred) Alternate Locations: Plano, TX 75024 or St. Louis, MO 63110 (100% Onsite) Duration: 6 Months Contract (Potential Extension) Work Authorization Requirement Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder. Open only to W2 employees. Not open to 1099 or C2C candidates. Job Description Trilyon is seeking an experienced Ping Security Analyst to support enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations and authentication services. The Ping Security Analyst will be responsible for implementing, administering, troubleshooting, and optimizing Ping Identity solutions while ensuring secure access management, application onboarding, and continuous platform availability. The Ping Security Analyst will collaborate with application teams, security teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to support authentication services, identity federation, access control, and privileged access management across enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities Identity & Access Management Administration Administer and support enterprise IAM platforms based on Ping Identity technologies. Manage authentication, authorization, and federation services. Configure and maintain secure identity management processes. Monitor and improve IAM platform performance and reliability. Support identity governance and access management initiatives. PingFederate Administration Configure and maintain PingFederate environments. Set up Identity Provider (IdP) and Service Provider (SP) connections. Configure policies, selectors, adapters, and contract mappings. Implement and manage SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect (OIDC) integrations. Manage access token issuance, token mapping, and OIDC policies. Troubleshoot authentication and federation issues. PingAccess Administration Create and manage applications within PingAccess. Configure rules, rulesets, and authorization policies. Implement coarse-grained authorization controls. Onboard enterprise applications into PingAccess environments. Support secure application access and policy management. Application Integration & SSO Implement and support Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions. Integrate enterprise applications with PingFederate and PingAccess. Support onboarding of new applications into IAM platforms. Configure and maintain SAML, OAuth, and OIDC integrations. Troubleshoot application authentication and authorization issues. Monitoring & Operational Support Develop monitoring metrics, dashboards, alerts, and reporting solutions. Monitor IAM Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Integrate monitoring tools and operational dashboards. Respond to incidents and operational support requests. Participate in 24x7x365 on-call support rotations using PagerDuty. Security & Compliance Control, monitor, and audit privileged access to enterprise systems and applications. Support certificate lifecycle management and certificate renewals. Maintain compliance with security policies and standards. Assist with security audits and compliance reviews. Ensure secure access management practices are consistently applied. Service Management Manage and respond to ServiceNow incidents and requests. Troubleshoot application and IAM-related issues. Provide timely support and resolution for business-critical systems. Document incidents, resolutions, and operational procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues. Required Skills & Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience may also be considered. Experience 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Security Administration, or Identity Federation. Strong hands‑on experience with Ping Identity technologies. Experience implementing and supporting enterprise authentication solutions. Experience supporting mission‑critical enterprise applications.
