Katy & Greater Houston Area | No Experience Required | Training Provided

Roofing Technologies Unlimited (RTU) is growing our Houston-area sales team and looking for motivated, competitive individuals who want to build a career in sales.

No previous roofing, solar, or sales experience is required. We’re looking for people with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. RTU provides hands-on training, coaching, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners throughout Katy and Greater Houston
• Educate customers on roofing, storm damage, solar, and exterior solutions
• Identify customer needs and potential projects
• Schedule inspections and consultations
• Build strong customer relationships
• Develop your sales skills and work toward performance goals
