• Shift: 24-hour or 10/12-hour day shifts, 12/16-hour night shifts
• Hours/week: Variable based on shift

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years as NNP required; not accepting new graduates or locums candidates

What You'll Do:

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a high-acuity Level IV NICU setting
• Rotate across three hospitals within a 20-30 minute radius
• Collaborate with a team of top physicians and healthcare professionals
• Manage complex and critical neonatal cases with state-of-the-art technology
• Contribute to providing the highest quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
• Support and educate families during vulnerable times

What You Need:

• Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Board Certification (cannot accept FNP or PNP)
• Minimum 2+ years' experience as an NNP
• Florida RN and NNP licensure (or applicable state licensing)
• Ability to work in a high-acuity NICU environment

• Experience with Level III/IV NICUs
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility to adapt to shift rotations
