We are seeking a driven, competitive, and relationship-focused Full Desk Recruiter to join our growing Manufacturing & Engineering division. This is a true full-desk role, where you will own both business development and recruiting, giving you direct control over your success and earnings. You will be responsible for: Building and growing your client portfolio across manufacturing and engineering sectors Recruiting top-tier engineers, skilled trades, and technical professionals Managing the full hiring lifecycle Driving revenue through strategic partnerships and placements This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-reward environment and is motivated by growth, competition, and financial success. Key Responsibilities Recruiting & Talent Management Manage full-cycle recruiting for direct hire placements in manufacturing and engineering Source, screen, and interview candidates (engineers, CNC machinists, supervisors, quality professionals, etc.) Conduct reference checks and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines Prepare candidates for interviews and provide post-interview feedback Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the system Sales & Business Development Prospect, develop, and close new client relationships within manufacturing and engineering markets Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into active partnerships Identify new business through cold outreach, referrals, and networking Take detailed job orders and deeply understand client hiring needs (technical requirements, production environments, certifications, etc.) Negotiate compensation packages with candidates Account Management & Relationship Building Build long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication Conduct client visits, plant tours, meetings, and networking activities Deliver exceptional service to retain and grow existing accounts Act as a trusted hiring partner, not just a vendor Market Expertise & Strategy Stay current on manufacturing and engineering hiring trends (automation, skilled labor shortages, advanced manufacturing, etc.) Develop targeted recruiting and sales strategies Identify cross-selling opportunities across clients and industries What We're Looking For Minimum 2+ years of professional experience required Staffing agency experience preferred Experience recruiting within manufacturing, engineering, or technical industries preferred Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/recruiting goals Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment Strong negotiation and closing abilities Highly motivated, resilient, and goal-driven mindset Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders Work Environment High-energy, performance-driven culture focused on growth and success Education Bachelor's degree required Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred Why BestLogic Staffing?
