About This Role

Join our dynamic sales team and be part of a team that helps people live better lives by riding bikes! On a daily basis, you'll be interacting with customers to understand their needs and preferences, making product recommendations, and demonstrating products through test rides. Your goal is to close sales and provide exceptional customer service.

Some key responsibilities include:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized product recommendations.
• Stay knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies to provide accurate information to customers.
• Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude to ensure a unique customer experience.
• Effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
• Be flexible and willing to take on other tasks as needed.

The following requirements must be met:

• Preference for someone who enjoys helping others.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Experience in retail sales is a plus.
• Previous bike shop sales experience is highly desirable.
• Interest in a team that prioritizes excellent sales and service.
• Strong attention to detail is crucial.
• Able to maintain positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills is essential.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds on occasion.

• A passion for bikes and the cycling industry.
• Experience with sales software and technology.
• Knowledge of local cycling routes and events.
