Cabell Huntington Hospital is seeking a casual, as needed Ultrasound Tech to work with our Diagnostic Imaging Department . Under the direction of the Ultrasound Supervisor, the Ultrasound Technician is responsible for the day-to-day operation of all ultrasound activities at Cabell Huntington Hospital. Ultrasound Technologists ensure the quality of services rendered is acceptable. Confirms orders, documents medical necessity, and pre-authorization on all ultrasound orders. Provides care to patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment of anatomic and physiologic disorders.
