We will strive to provide reasonable notice of any changes to your work location or schedule whenever possible.As a Data Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:Works collaboratively with implementation and development teams to gather, cleanse, organize and map financial data for custom developed systems and vendor softwareAnalyzes data for patterns and business insightsBuilds reports and data visualizationsSupports design and build of financial databases / systemsParticipates in change management and release managementTo be successful, these are the skills and experience you will need:Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, accounting, or related field required; accounting education / experience a plusHighly proficient using Excel and MS SQL; other programming languages a plusDemonstrable experience using Microsoft Business Intelligence technologiesSelf-starter with ability to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong analytical, problem solving, and creative thinking skillsExcellent written, oral communication and documentation skills; able to communicate complex technical answers to non-technical peopleCustomer service-orientedFlexible with changes in hours during busy season and able to assist after hours / on weekends if neededYou Matter - HCVT provides a variety of benefits and perks that help sustain a healthy and thriving work environment.Visit the Benefits section to learn more
