SPA is equipped with all the amenities of a private high school, including classrooms, an auditorium, gym, and cafeteria. On grounds sports and activities include basketball, softball, and football. ATCS Benefits & PerksWhat you will do: As a Senior Child Care Worker, you will provide safety and around-the-clock in person supervision of youth. In this role, you will provide for the physical, personal and health needs of each student through individual counseling and behavioral/social/physical and educational skill development; provide an atmosphere that is supportive of the needs of the students; monitor and document student behaviors and activities; participate and assist with educational, social, athletic and recreational activities; work in collaboration with other professional staff to establish and/or meet the goals of each student's treatment plan.To be considered you should: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent ~ Have 1 year experience working with youth in a similar position or at least 60 hours of college education in a directly related field of study ~ Supervisory experience preferred ~ Be at least 21 years of age ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday 3pm-11pmApply today and Make a Difference in the Lives of Youth!
