Maintenance TechnicianThe Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Maintenance Technician at our service centers located at Sky Harbor Airport.The Maintenance Technician performs preventive maintenance, inspections, and repair support activities on vehicles across multiple manufacturer lines. This role supports vehicle readiness, maintenance quality, safety compliance, and efficient service operations through preventive maintenance services, repair documentation, inventory tracking, and adherence to established maintenance and safety standards.Multiple positions available!Multiple shifts available!Pay:$20 / hr BaseNight Shift Premiums: +$1 / hr starting at 2:30 PMWeekend Shift Premiums: +$2.50 / hr Saturday - SundayASE Certifications: +$.50 - $1.00 / hr per certificationHourly pay – NOT flat rateWe offer:Paid time offEmployee rental car discountsRetirement savings plan including 401k with matching profit sharingHealth InsuranceLife InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceTraining and developmentBoots and Tools stipendResponsibilities include:Perform preventive maintenance services, light repairs, and replacement of wearable components to support vehicle reliability and operating performance, in accordance with manufacturer's specifications and guidelinesDocument maintenance and repair activities and maintain parts and inventory records to support service accuracy and operational trackingVerify vehicle readiness and service quality upon completion of maintenance activities to support safe and reliable vehicle operationProcess fleet preparation, fuel reclamation, and vehicle buyback activities as assigned to support fleet readiness and operational needsFollow health, safety, environmental, and equipment standards to support a safe and compliant work environmentMaintain clean and organized work areas and service equipment to support workplace safety and maintenance efficiencySeek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal settingMaintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctualityPerform miscellaneous job-related duties as assignedEqual Opportunity Employer/Disability/VeteransQualifications:Minimum of 6 months experience in mechanical automotive repairs, in a professional environment.Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 yearsNo drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 3 years (DUI/DWI)Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.Must be willing to take a pre-employment drug test once a conditional offer for employment has been madeMust be at least 18 years of age
