SAP TM Consultant

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the SAP Transportation Management (TM) module, particularly within the context of the Aero and Defense sectors. They should possess a deep understanding of the specific transportation and logistics needs of these industries and be adept at configuring and optimizing the SAP TM module to meet those needs

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and configure the SAP TM module to support transportation operations in the Aero and Defense industries.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their transportation and logistics requirements and translate them into SAP TM configurations.

- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure efficient and effective transportation management processes.

- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the SAP TM module.

- Monitor and analyze transportation data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.

Qualifications: (Please list all required qualifications)


•Hands-on functional configuration and design experience with SAP TM S/4 HANA implementation experience

•Participation in at least 2 end-to-end SAP TM implementations, and in a workstream sub-lead or lead role on at least 1 implementation

•Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

•Minimum of 7 years of experience in TM, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

•Proven experience with SAP Transportation Management (TM) module.

•In-depth knowledge of transportation and logistics operations within the Aero and Defense industries.

•Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

•Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

•Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
