Affordable Housing Compliance Specialist

Plymouth Housing

Plymouth Housing in Seattle seeks a Compliance Coordinator to ensure compliance with capital funders for affordable housing units. You will manage income certifications, maintain tenant files, report to funders, and support the Compliance and Payee Manager with pre-audit reviews. This is a unionized role represented by Local 8 of the OPEIU, requiring collaboration across Property Management and Social Services to sustain quality, accurate operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
