Healthcare M&A Tax Senior Associate: Deal-Focused Diligence

Thinkbrg in Nashville, TN is seeking an M&A Tax Senior Associate to support buy-side and sell-side transaction tax advisory engagements. The role focuses on U.S. federal and state tax diligence in middle-market M&A, with exposure to structuring, modeling, and transaction execution support.
The ideal candidate has 2–3+ years of experience in M&A tax advisory, transaction tax diligence, and a public accounting or equivalent advisory environment. CPA or JD/LLM is required.
