Customer & Tech Support Specialist

Salary: $40,000 - 65,000 per year Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in a customer support or technical support position (SaaS preferred)
Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
Proactive, friendly demeanor with a customer-centric approach
Familiarity with support platforms such as Intercom, Zendesk, or similar tools
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
*Bonus:* Basic understanding of programming or technical troubleshooting (e.g., HTML, JavaScript, SQL, APIs)

Responsibilities:

Assist customers through email, chat, and phone, responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally
Troubleshoot technical challenges and escalate to engineering when appropriate
Support the onboarding process for new users and help them navigate the MagicDoor platform
Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of customer support documentation and FAQs
Identify recurring problems and relay insights to the product team for continuous improvement
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely responses to inquiries
