Job Description

As an Oakley Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. By achieving sales goals and providing personalized solutions for eyewear and apparel, you will help customers enhance their performance through your expertise and passion. Main responsibilities include:

• Stimulate sales and build relationships: Achieve sales targets and exceed expectations by developing client connections and establishing long-term relationships. Help new and existing customers find products that meet their needs.
• Become an expert in vision: Offer personalized advice and recommend eyewear solutions tailored to each client's lifestyle and preferences.
• Learn and develop: Improve your skills through hands-on training and collaborate with experienced professionals to deliver top-notch service.
• Collaborate and contribute: Work closely with your team to maintain a positive and supportive environment where everyone contributes to success.
• Create a welcoming store atmosphere: Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing, ensuring customers enjoy a seamless shopping experience.
• Foster inclusion and respect: Cultivate an inclusive and respectful environment for both clients and colleagues.

What we are looking for:

• Passion for customer service: Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but your enthusiasm for helping others and creating great experiences is essential.
• Sales acumen: Thrive in a dynamic environment, using your communication skills to retain customers and boost sales.
• Tech-savvy and detail-oriented: Comfortable using technology to provide clients with a seamless shopping experience.

Pay Range: $15.00 - $19.78

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
