QA Nurse

As a QA Nurse at Gentiva, you will ensure the highest standards of clinical quality and regulatory compliance across our home health and hospice services. You will review patient records, monitor documentation, and support continuous quality improvement to promote safe, compassionate care in the home. Collaborating closely with field clinicians and leadership, you will provide education, identify trends, and help drive corrective actions that protect patient dignity and outcomes. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented RN passionate about quality, patient safety, and mission-driven, home-based care.
