Store Manager

Job Summary Assistant Store Manager, Jewelry Consultant, Sales Support and Inventory Control – reporting to the District Manager and Store Manager, responsible for day‑to‑day store operations, sales, inventory, brand representation, and team development. Key Responsibilities Lead store operations to achieve sales, profitability and customer satisfaction objectives. Communicate performance expectations and coach staff to meet company goals. Ensure consistent brand representation in customer interactions and store visuals. Maximize sales by developing and executing strategies to reach sales projections and quotas. Identify strengths and operational opportunities for improvement and implement solutions. Maintain inventory control and perform regular inventory audits. Deliver exceptional customer experience through training, outreach and timely issue resolution. Maintain store cleanliness and compliance with company policies. Support team development and growth through onboarding, training and career development. Prepare and review store performance reports and identify trends. Qualifications and Experience Minimum 2 years of college education (preferred). At least 3 years of retail sales experience or 2 years of retail sales plus 1 year of management experience. Preference for specialty retail or jewelry experience; DCA certification considered a plus. Advanced interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, digital). Proficiency in MS Office and related business tools. Strong presentation, problem‑solving and conflict‑management skills. Ability to work independently, set priorities and delegate tasks. Professional appearance and communication via email, social media, video call, telephone and texting. Good organization and time‑management skills. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities. Reliable, dependable work ethic. Physical Demands Regular standing, reaching, moving between displays, lifting up to 10 lb, visual acuity for gemstone quality assessment; standard workweek includes weekends, evenings, holidays and extended hours; travel for training and meetings may be required. Compensation Base salary $50,000 – $84,700 plus commission on sales. Final pay rate determined based on experience and qualifications.
