Member Care 

Local Fare Jax | $45,000/year | Full-Time |

At Local Fare Jax , we connect families with fresh, locally sourced food from farmers and producers we know and trust. Our members welcome us into their weekly routine, and we take that trust seriously. We're looking for a Member Care Specialist who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in getting the details right. You'll be a trusted point of contact for our members—helping new families get started, answering questions, resolving order and delivery issues, and making sure members get the most value from their Local Fare Jax experience.

For us, great member care isn't just answering a question. It's listening, finding a solution, following through, and making sure the member feels taken care of.

What You'll Do

• Respond to member questions by phone and email with warmth, urgency, and professionalism
• Help new members feel confident and supported as they get started
• Resolve order, delivery, and account needs thoroughly and accurately
• Help members customize orders and get the most value from their membership
• Recognize when a member needs extra support and proactively look for solutions
• Take ownership of member concerns and follow them through to resolution
• Manage order adjustments before weekly fulfillment deadlines
• Keep clear notes so members receive consistent, personalized support
• Work closely with our team to solve issues and keep members informed
• Identify recurring concerns and help us continually improve the member experience

What We're Looking For

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, logistics, operations, administrative support, or a similar role
• Warm, clear, and calm communication
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Dependability and consistency
• Strong problem-solving skills
• A genuine sense of ownership and follow-through
• Comfortable learning and working in different systems
• Ability to prioritize when things get busy
• An interest in local food, community, or mission-driven work

What Success Looks Like

• Members feel heard, valued, and well cared for
• New members feel confident and supported
• Questions and issues are handled thoroughly and followed through to completion
• Order and account changes are accurate and on time
• Members receive proactive help getting the most from their membership
• Member relationships are strengthened and retention improves
• Within 90 days, you're confident working within our systems and weekly processes

Pay & Benefits

Pay: $45,000 per year
Monday–Saturday, with Tuesday off
