The investing by large companies / foundations / donors happens at 3 levels: Nationwide Impact Solutions (millions donated to national non-profits; ex. Boys & Girls Club of America); Place Matters Solutions (local charities with a broad impact across a region); Justice & Mobility Fund (boost economic mobility during the transition from the criminal justice system); and Studio Solutions (incubator / start-up non-profits that align with the mission of the investor). Technology Overview: Windows, Zoom, MS Stack, O365, Sharepoint, Salesforce, Workday Job Description: The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following: Manage, resolve, and provide monthly reporting analysis for all user support requests. Configure laptops for deployment to new staff or replacements for existing staff.Set up Zoom meetings and associated equipment onsite at the office when needed (Set up and support Zoom meetings and onsite equipment as needed, including Zoom Room hardware, controllers, and display configurations, as well as assist with delegation settings and scheduling assistants to ensure smooth meeting coordination.) Provide implementation support and post-project go-live support for all IT projects where needed. Build and refine SharePoint sites for intranet sites. Assist the Enterprise Applications Manager with maintaining all IT equipment management, inventory tracking of IT equipment, ordering new equipment, and configuring new equipment in the office as needed. Assist with the basic administration of Microsoft365 (group management, user access, (Microsoft 365 services with a focus on Exchange Online, including management of distribution lists, security groups, Microsoft 365 groups, and Outlook calendar/contact permissions particularly delegation setups for executives and their assistants.). Develop training materials (lunch & learns, videos and knowledge articles) for digital systems and tools including business process overviews, best practices, how-tos, etc. Develop a Tech Tip of the Week for distribution to all staff. Perform routine user roles and access audit for review by IT leadership. Required At least 4+ years of experience in Information Technology or Technical Support using a helpdesk system to manage and respond to and resolve all user IT support requests Knowledge and hands-on experience troubleshooting user issues with all Microsoft 365 desktop and online applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and especially Outlook. Hands-on experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting connectivity issues, driver installation and updates, applying regular Windows updates and recovery where required. Strong computer hardware and peripherals knowledge, including wired and wireless connectivity, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Experience working with Slack (settings and configurations), Zoom Professional (setting up meetings and troubleshooting audio and/or video issues) Experience working with SharePoint Online document management, such as uploading documents, assigning permissions, and using collaboration tools (multi-editor) Experience managing user and group access permissions across multiple platforms Skills Troubleshooting, Windows 10, office 365, sharepoint, Service desk, Customer service Top Skills Details Troubleshooting,Windows 10,office 365,sharepoint,Service desk Additional Skills & Qualifications Type of Person the Team is looking for: Communicate effectively with Executives Make recommendations on solutions to eliminate on-going troubleshooting issues (knowledge base, FAQs, training artifacts) Pluses: Non-Profit experience would be a huge plus but not required Sharepoint user experience AI provisioning, troubleshooting experience. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
