Washington Licensed Senior Commercial Counsel

To support a growing legal team, the full-time Washington Licensed Senior Commercial Counsel will draft and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, advise on fleet service contracts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, and SaaS agreements Advising on contracts related to fleet services and supporting finance and leasing-related contracts Managing inbound contracting requests and collaborating with the General Counsel and legal team Required Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA accredited law school and bar admission in at least one U.S. state 5 to 10 years of commercial legal experience in private practice or in-house Experience supporting vehicle or equipment leasing and fleet management initiatives preferred Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts Familiarity with data privacy issues is a plus
